Paris Baguette is the the global premier baking franchise featuring high quality baked goods, savory eats and beverages. This San Jose location is owned and operated by Joshua Kim, who is Paris Baguette’s first franchisee since the company first began franchising in August 2015. Bonus – more Bay Area locations will be opening soon in the San Jose market!
One of my favorite features of Paris Baguette is the open area of pastries. When you walk into the cafe, you pick up a tray and tons to pick out your favorite pastry or bread.
Since I had been to a few locations before visiting the San Jose location, I wanted to try out some pastries that were new to me. There was an egg custard tart and sweet potato twist that were absolutely delicious.
Then there were the cakes! I have a major sweet tooth, so it was really hard to decide on which ones to try. I heard the blueberry chiffon and chocolate strawberry cake were the most popular. The blueberry chiffon cake did not disappoint. It was so light and fluffy!
If anything, I will be coming back to Paris Baguette for this orange velvet tea. The tea is brewed for 12 hours and once they are out, they are out for the day. Then there was this whipped cream on top that when you stir, blends into the tea. HOLY GOODNESS.
I had a lot of treats to bring home to my husband, including his favorite fruit and cheese pastries. Needless to say, he was pretty happy.
Mother’s Day is coming up next Sunday (May 8th) and I guarantee that you will be the favorite child if you bring in one of these amazing cakes. Or heck, treat yourself. These cakes come in individual slices as well!
