Tis the season for all things pumpkin spice! Today I am going to show you how to make a healthy pumpkin spice smoothie with protein that is perfect for a quick breakfast on the go.
This spring, I was introduced to Ancient Nutrition and their line of collagen powders. I loved adding a scoop of collagen powder in my morning coffee to start off my day with some much-needed superfoods. It’s unflavored and easily blends into any hot liquid.
