The number one feature I look for in a purse is the ability to carry everything I need for the day, while still looking stylish. I know that backpacks are really popular here in the Bay Area because we have a lot of commuters, but I don’t like carrying a backpack around if I have things to do after work like happy hour or dinner.
This month I was introduced to a local luxury purse company, SwanDoe. Get this – the team who creates these purses was all trained by a Hermes master artisan!
When opening up my gorgeous package from SwanDoe, the first thing I noticed was how buttery and soft the leather felt. It has this gorgeous pebble leather that just shines in the sun. Plus all of the ‘Van’ totes are reversible. This color is in Ruby Sky. If you wanted to see another color option, my friend Nancy has the pumpkin spice color.

After meeting the owner of SwanDoe, Swan shared that she launched the company on Halloween. She was even coding away on the website while her husband was passing out candy!
Swan began her company with the Essentials Collection. This collection is meant to grow through the lives of everyday women because all of the products are functional. This collection is perfect for me because all of the products have a minimalist look to them. The pieces are classic but have a fun pop of color to them – for example, my purse reverses to a fun red!
To go with my Van purse, I was also gifted a Henry the Horse charm and a matching travel wallet. I am so excited to use this travel wallet on my next vacation. It perfectly fits my passport and credit cards. I love how organized everything is!

The next collection SwanDoe is coming out with is the Bespoke collection. I can’t give out any spoilers, but this collection is going to knock your socks off.
