Since moving closer to downtown Sunnyvale, Ernie and I have been LOVING all of the activities the city puts on. From farmers markets, jazz nights, and arts and wine festivals, it’s wonderful that we are just a short walk away from everything.
Every Saturday night in September, the city puts on a movie night under the stars. Last week, Ernie and I put together a mini meal of JaM Cabernet and pizza, grabbed our camping chairs, and headed to the park. Of course, Mochi tagged along!
One of our favorite movies, Jumanji was playing so it was fun to be able to watch it again under the stars.
This JaM Cab is all about the fruit. It’s a beautiful blend of blackberries, black plums, black currant, cassis, and more.
I kept our meal simple with a delicious JaM Cab and pizza. It was great because we didn’t have to worry about any food containers or trash when it got dark. Just pour the wine and grab a slice!
When I share a bottle of JaM with Ernie, I always pick a red because it’s his favorite. Personally, I love both white and red! But if you are looking for an amazing white wine, I LOVE the JaM Butter Chardonnay. It melts in your mouth and is perfect for a hot day.

I always want to watch a movie under the stars and I was so happy that we got to cross this off our bucket list. It was even more fun because we were able to bring Mochi with us. He was actually really well-behaved! We only got up two times for him to use the bathroom, but it didn’t bother anyone since we sat our chairs on the side by the grass.
