It seems like everywhere I turn, there is an article or person praising the benefits of natural healing. Whether that is needing help with headaches, stress, anxiety, or even muscle tension from a hard workout – plants are able to provide natural wellness.
To learn more about essential oils and their benefits, I had the pleasure of attending Saje’s Grand Opening Party in San Jose.
The newest Saje Wellness store is located at the Valley Fair mall in San Jose.
First off, the store is very open and inviting. I loved all the marble tables and pendant lights!
Plus, how cool are these living walls?
I was first drawn to their line of ultrasonics and diffusers.
This is a great way to experience the benefits of essential oils by diffusing them into the air. In the store, they had Mountain High diffusing. I could pick up the notes of balsam fir and spearmint!
I probably looked a little lost at first, but the entire staff was so welcoming and encouraging. The first oil I tried, ended up being my favorite – Peppermint Halo.
Peppermint Halo
This oil is meant to be comforting and refreshing. Applied on the temples and along your neck, you instantly feel a tingly sensation. It’s really hard to put into words, but I felt like I was standing up straighter and felt more relaxed.
If you are new to essential oils like me, one of their most popular products is the 25th Anniversary Pocket Farmacy.
Inside this kit, you can find best-selling oils like the Fortify Antitussive, Pain Release, Peppermint Halo, Gutzy Soothing Belly Massage Blend, and Stress Release.
This kit is small enough to stick in your purse and carry along with you each day!
So last night, I came home and started to diffuse my bedroom with the Tranquility blend. Immediately, I could smell the chamomile and lavender. It was perfect for winding down.
Then while laying in bed, I rolled on the Stress Release oil on my temples and wrists. I loved breathing in the scents.
It honestly was really relaxing!
